Navigate Your Team in Pipeline Reviews
The team drill-down sidebar on the left side of Pipeline Reviews lets you navigate your team hierarchy and filter deals by owner. Depending on your configuration, you can navigate by role, by manager, or by individual owner.
Navigate by role
The By Role option uses your Salesforce role hierarchy. What you see is contextual to your position — the tree starts with your role at the top and shows everyone below you.
For example, if you're a VP of Sales, you'll see the full tree under your role. If you're a Director of Direct Sales, your tree starts at the director level with your team below.
Power user visibility
Users with the Akoonu Power User permission set see the full tree regardless of their position in the hierarchy — or even if they're outside the sales org entirely. This is typically granted to RevOps and others who need org-wide pipeline visibility.
Navigate by manager
The By Manager option works similarly to By Role, but it's based on user-manager relationships in Salesforce rather than the role hierarchy. When you log in, you see yourself and everyone on your team below you.
As you drill down through the tree, you can select specific managers to view only their team's deals.
Filter by owner
The By Owner option lets you filter down to specific opportunity owners rather than navigating through a hierarchy. This is useful when you want to see deals for one or more specific reps.
Single owner: Click any owner to see their deals.
Multiple owners: Shift-click to select more than one owner and see their combined deals.
Search for owners
If you have a long list of users, use the search bar at the top of the panel to quickly find a specific owner by name.
