Pipeline Reviews Overview

Use Pipeline Reviews to understand what is happening in your pipeline without jumping between reports, spreadsheets, and separate views in Salesforce. This overview shows where to find the app and what each view helps you answer.

Pipeline Reviews is 100% native in Salesforce. To open it, go to the App Launcher and select the Pipeline Review tab.

What Pipeline Reviews helps you see

Pipeline Reviews brings key pipeline questions into one place. You can use it to understand what changed, what is stuck, what the current status is, and what the forecast looks like.

Understand the four views

Pipeline Reviews includes four views that help you inspect the pipeline from different angles. Flow View highlights change over time, List View helps you inspect deal detail, Kanban View gives you a visual pipeline layout, and Health View helps you spot risk patterns.

Flow View

Flow View shows how the pipeline changed. You can review deals that were pushed out, pulled in, added, lost, won, or changed in value so you can quickly see what is moving the number.

List View

List View is built for inspection. Use it to slice and dice the pipeline, review individual deals, and understand how those deals add up to the overall pipeline.

Kanban View

Kanban View gives you a visual way to review the pipeline. It is especially useful when you are working with a smaller set of deals and want a quick read on how opportunities stack up across the sales process.

Health View

Health View is a bubble chart that helps you spot pipeline risk. Use it to find outsized deals that could make or break the quarter, gaps in coverage, deals clustered at the end of the month or quarter, and open deals sitting in the past that may need cleanup.
